Also if you are too boring with you work and work place you should make yourself some kind of stimulation. For example, you can turn on soft music or buy a little soothing waterfall to stimulate you to work.

And if you have some big project to do, but it is not immediately urgent you need to break the project down to separate parts and do it step by step. It will be easier for you to fulfill and won’t overload you either.
